Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

  • Our policy allows 30 days post-delivery. If 30 days elapse from delivery date, we're unable to refund/exchange.

  • Return the item in its original packaging and condition. Be sure to enclose the packing slip with your order number.

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed. If they are not, a return or exchange cannot be processed and the item will be sent back to you.

  • Items with animal/human hair or strong odors not accepted for returns.

  • We do not currently cover return shipping expenses unless you choose to pay the fee at checkout. If you opt not to pay the fee at checkout, a $7 deduction will be applied to your return total to cover the cost of the return label.

Do you accept returns with gift cards?

  • Non-Refundable: All gift cards purchased from Duck Buck Co. are non-refundable. This means that once a gift card has been purchased, it cannot be returned for cash or a refund, even if the card is unused or partially used.

  • No Expiration: Our gift cards do not expire. You can use them at any time, subject to the availability of goods or services.

  • Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If your gift card is lost or stolen, we cannot issue a replacement or refund. Please treat your gift card as you would cash.

  • Card Balance: To check your balance, simply refer to your initial order confirmation email and click on the "View Gift Card Balance" link provided.

Refund process

  • Allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and check your return. It may take extra time for the refund to show up in your account due to your bank or credit card company.

Exchange process

  • Exchanges are handled as a size swap for the same item.

  • Exchanges not available for out of stock items; refund for returned items.

  • Items for exchange aren't guaranteed until the return is in transit, so they could be out of stock.
